This is what it's all about!!!

The Gibraltar Society For The Prevention Of Cruelty To Animals has been in existence for over 50 years, previously known as the RSPCA we changed the R to G in 2001.

The society works hard to ensure that any animal that becomes homeless through no fault of its own is taken care of and hopefully rehomed.

We hold lots of fund raising project's through out the year, some of these include: Dog walk's, Barbaques, Raffles and a Quiz night.

Would you like to help prevent and combat cruelty? Come and join like minded people, we need new committee members and everyone will be made welcome and your support will be greatly appreciated. Our monthly meeting's are held on the first Thursday of every month at the John Mackintosh Hall please check the event calender for our next meeting.

The GSPCA relies on the generosity of the public to help:

  • To finance the care of homeless animals and the re-homing of animals.
  • To help the less fortunate with vets bills and care for their animals.
  • To educate our youngsters in the correct way to look after their pets.
  • To prevent cruelty.

Last year was a busy year for us and we have lots of fund raising projects in the pipeline to help pay for the above. If you can help us please post your details in the relevant forum

If you should find an abandoned or injured animal please telephone the vet clinic on Tel: 00350 200 77334 from 9am-5pm and they will send someone to pick up the animal. After 5pm please call the police on Tel: 00350 200 72500 and they will contact the official catcher and he will be able to help you. You are more than welcome to follow up on the incident further by calling the clinic or by contacting Bianca on 54015116

We are a registered charity no 127
